Inspired by real pups and the bonds that unite people and pets, L.M. Roberts writes heartwarming tales that sparkle with humor, hope, and humanity. Her stories encourage young readers to open their hearts, celebrate differences, and find joy in every new adventure.
When she’s not writing, Lisa can often be found walking her own furry companions, notebook in hand, capturing moments that later become scenes of laughter, love, and life lessons.

Lisa is part of a large, blended family including 6 children, 10 grandchildren, 1 great grand, and 2 great nephews.
She has lived most of her life in md and dogs have always been an important part of her life. She and her daughter sarah are very concerned about dog rescue and support-ing organizations that provide helper dogs for folks with special needs.
When lisa, ricky & otto recently moved, she found that their new surroundings provided fertile ground for a story about dogs, friends, and the people who love them.
